An international donor conference kicks off in London today, to aid victims of the Syrian civil war. The U.N. and countries around Syria are asking for a record $9 billion in assistance this year. This comes as the latest peace talks were suspended. Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson and Ali Velshi of Al Jazeera America look at who is pledging what, and if it will fulfill the need.
