California Fires Destroy Marijuana Farms During Fall Harvest

Fires in Northern California have hit Napa’s wine country hard, but they’ve also raged during harvest time for another cash crop: marijuana.

Many pot farmers have lost over a year’s worth of work. Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Hezekiah Allen ( @HezekiahAllen), executive director of the California Growers Association, a statewide trade group for the legal marijuana industry based in Sacramento.
