After a November raid, Tallahassee police have now returned items taken from CBD store Natural Life.

But store manager Alex Petrick says not everything was there.

“For example, we’ve got our apple computer back, some iPads back, some of our receipts back, our book of lab results for all of our products came back as well,” says Petrick. “However, we are still missing a quite sizable chunk of our inventory.”

Petrick says officers took but didn’t return around 10 pounds of hemp. TPD told him it’s being destroyed because of the suspicion it could be a drug. Now Petrick is seeking an appeal. Under state law hemp is legal as long as it is non-euphoric.
