A convicted serial killer is scheduled to die by lethal injection Thursday afternoon.

According to the Associated Press, Oscar Ray Bolin has been convicted 10 different times for three separate murders. He’s set to die for the 1986 slaying of Teri Lynn Matthews, whose body was found on the side of a Pasco County road with multiple stab wounds and severe head injuries.

In addition to serving a life sentence for the murder of Nathalie Holley, Bolin was on death row for killing Stephanie Collins—also in 1986. He claims he’s innocent of all three.

At the end of last year, Governor Rick Scott had already surpassed the record for the most execution warrants signed by any Florida Governor in the modern era. Bolin’s is the 23 rd signed by Scott.
