Kitchen Advice During a Time of Social Distancing

People are being encouraged to stay at home as much as possible as the Covid-19 outbreak continues to spread, and restaurants have been ordered to close their doors and only offer delivery or pickup, so many people are finding themselves in the kitchen more than usual.

We’re getting some tips for cooking with what you've got on hand, and items to consider getting to weather what could turn out to be a long stretch at home.

We’re joined Chef James Fraser, he's an instructor in Florida Gulf Coast University's School of Resort & Hospitality Management.
