New York Times bestselling author and investigative journalist Edwin Black is returning to Southwest Florida to give two lectures at Florida Gulf Coast University.
The first will focus on "Black Victims of Nazi Policy: From Africa to Berlin to North Carolina," and the second will be on "Eugenics and the Ethics of Scientific Racism."
Black joins Gulf Coast Live, once again, to give a preview of his talks, which are being held at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5 and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7 respectively in the Cohen Center ballroom on FGCU's campus.
The lectures will be hosted by FGCU's Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance, Office of Multicultural and Leadership Development, Office of Community Outreach and Department of Biological Sciences as well the Holocaust Museum and Education Center of Southwest Florida, StandWithUs, Israeli-American Council and the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
Both lectures are open to the public.
