Singer/Songwriter & Guitarist Bill Metts Performs Live in Studio ENCORE

Cape Coral-based singer/songwriter and guitarist Bill Metts joins in studio to deliver his distinctive finger-style Americana roots, Folk and Blues music live on-air!  Metts first picked up a guitar as a teenager during the country blues revival of the late 1960s and has been playing ever since.  He’s a former board member of the Americana Community Music Association in Fort Myers.  He’s also a co-founder of the Southwest Florida-based non-profit Hope By Song, which works to help people struggling with abuse, addiction, homelessness and mental health issues through the power of song.Metts performs regularly at Three Fishermen Seafood Restaurant in North Fort Myers.  You can catch his next performance there Friday, Nov. 23 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We’ll learn more about Bill Metts’s life journey through music and his approach to composing new works along with live performances of his original songs.
