For nearly a month now, demonstrators have gathered regularly in downtown Fort Myers to bring awareness to racial injustice, and to promote social reform in the wake of the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police back in May.

On today’s show we’ll hear from Chantel Rhodes, she’s a community activist and one of the organizers of the demonstrations that have been taking place in Fort Myers. And, she is one of the admins of the Facebook Group Peaceful Protest Lee County, FL which has helped bring people together.
