Dr. Markey is the Senior Fellow for India, Pakistan and South Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations. His expertise encompasses South Asia, U.S. Foreign Policy, International Security, and International Relations Theory. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in international studies from Johns Hopkins University and his Doctorate in politics from Princeton University.
