Project: Return2Work Helps Disabled Veterans Find Jobs

www.nationalguard.com

Returning to the civilian workforce after serving in the military can sometimes be a challenge, but that’s especially true for wounded warriors. On today’s show we’re going to learn about a Colorado-based nonprofit called Project: Return2Work which has been working with disabled vets, and their spouses, for more than two decades in order to help them find jobs. It’s now expanding its efforts into Southwest Florida. Return2Work’s clients include recently injured soldiers returning from Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world, as well as Nationwide Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work holders, and referrals from other Federal and State Agencies. We're joined by its President and Co-Chairman, Rob Brazell, and Employment Specialist, Nikki D'Agostino.
