Storms at Gulf Oil Rigs Hit Pump Prices

Hurricanes contributed to a 66 percent rise in oil prices this year. Hurricane Ivan damaged or destroyed many oil platforms and pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico. That's helped make oil scarce, and costly. NPR's Christopher Joyce reports.
