High Court: Sentencing System Deprives Defendants

The Supreme Court has thrown out the federal sentencing guidelines that Congress imposed, returning more power to judges to decide how severely to punish crime. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.

Halloween is a holiday that brings to mind creatures of the night such as bats and many spiders. So says Jade Dellinger with the Bob Rauschenberg Gallery in Fort Myers.“He was an artist’s artist,” Dellinger proclaimed. “Maybe people have heard or know more about Salvador Dalí or Andy Warhol in terms of name recognition, but Rauschenberg is one of those artists that really changed everything."
