Amid Tsunami Relief, Hopes of Indonesian Peace Talks

The crisis caused by the tsunami in Aceh Province, Indonesia raises the possibility of opening peace talks between the government and separatist rebels. A government spokesman in Jakarta suggested talks could begin before the end of the month.
