Chattanooga Man Sues Popeyes For Running Out Of Chicken Sandwich

Good morning. I'm Noel King. How bad do you want to try that famous Popeyes chicken sandwich? Not nearly as badly as Craig Barr of Chattanooga. Barr says he has spent countless time driving to restaurants - no luck. He tried buying the sandwich on Craigslist. It was a scam. Now he's suing Popeyes for $5,000 for false advertising. Halloween is a holiday that brings to mind creatures of the night such as bats and many spiders. These nocturnal creatures are ones we have some unease about because we rarely see them, encounter them by surprise in the dark, and often have little understanding of their role in nature. A New Jersey drug company is recalling more than 140,000 bottles of a prescribed cholesterol drug that it found did not meet the required standards.Ascend Laboratories says it is recalling Atorvastatin calcium tablets in 10, 20,40 and 80 milligram dosages. This product is the generic version of the popular and much-prescribed drug Lipitor.
