In Florida, the early voting period must start at least 10 days before an election containing a state or federal office race, and end on the third day before the election.

According to the Florida Division of Elections, voters can vote at any early voting location within the county they are registered to vote in. To participate in early voting, voters are required to show a valid photo ID.

Early voting for the Nov. 3 general election can begin as early as Oct. 19 in Florida. WGCU made a list of early voting locations throughout Southwest Florida.
