Guadalupe Center Offers Summer Enrichment Program

The Guadalupe Center in Immokalee offers a Summer Enrichment Program that can help students in kindergarten through second grade who require summer school.

The program is free and runs from June 21st through July 23rd, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. That's according to Bob Spano, Vice President of Programs for the Guadalupe Center.

Students will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and a snack, and transportation is provided as well.

The program will be held at Eden Park Elementary School and provides extra attention and support for students. Often, high school students serve as tutors.

At the end of the program, students will receive a pair of shoes to start the new school year.
