Bill Would Cap Time Florida Students Spend On Testing

Florida students would spend a maximum of 45 hours on tests required by the state and school districts if a key Senate lawmaker gets his way. Senate Education chairman John Legg proposed the change Monday. It’s part of a plan to streamline the amount of testing in Florida schools.
