State health officials reported 4,663 COVID-19 cases, Monday, for a total of 889,864 cases. The Florida Department of Health also reported 41 new coronavirus-related deaths, Nov. 16, increasing the statewide death toll to 17,775 fatalities.On Sunday, state health officials reported an increase of more than 10,000 new infections.
