Several Dead In Manhattan After Driver Plows Down Bike Path
There are reports that at least six people are dead after a rented Home Depot van plowed down a bike path in New York City. Police say the driver of the van got out after hitting another vehicle and had what have been described as "imitation firearms." The suspect was shot by NYPD and is now in custody.

Lee County moving to add designated parking spaces on two Sanibel Causeway islands
Lee County commissioners discussed the $8.5 million Sanibel Causeway Islands Improvements Project at a recent workshop.The project will enhance both Island A and Island B using tourist development tax dollars and state funds. Enhancements include designated parking spots.
