Report Issued On 2011 Shooting Rampage In Norway
A Norwegian commission on Monday issued a report criticizing authorities for failing to prevent and interrupt a bombing and shooting rampage by Anders Breivik. He killed 77 people last year. Most Norwegians feel their country showed the proper response to the violence.

More than 62,000 migrants crossed to Europe by boat in January alone — almost all of them landing on Greek islands after perilous journeys from the Turkish coast. Three hundred and sixty people have died while making that crossing. NPR takes us on a boat that is trying to stop that from happening.
