Dutch Voters Expected to Reject EU Constitution
The Dutch are voting Wednesday on whether to accept the proposed European Union constitution. Polls in the Netherlands indicate that nearly 60 percent of voters will say no to the proposal. The Dutch decision comes on the heels of France's overwhelming defeat of the EU constitution.

Amtrak Train Derails Near Dodge City, Kansas; Bend In Rail Is Reported
Citing a government official, the AP is reporting that before the train derailed, an engineer had noticed a bend in the tracks ahead and pulled the emergency brake.

Bike-Sharing Programs Roll Into Cities Across The U.S.
New York launched a bike-sharing system this week, and Chicago and San Francisco are expected to launch similar systems this summer. Gabe Klein, who helped start Washington's pioneering Capital Bikeshare, expects we'll see more cycling "across the board."
