In honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, April 7-8, the Holocaust Museum & Education Center of Southwest Florida hosts “Triumph 2013 – Lives of Valor” on April 7. The event honors three Holocaust Survivors: Museum co-founders Ann Jacobson and Lorie Mayer along with author and Major General Sidney Shachnow. We’ll talk with each of them about their stories of survival and their continued efforts to ensure that the atrocities suffered and the lessons learned from the Holocaust are never forgotten.
