9/11 15 Years Later

Sunday will mark the 15-year anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. The attacks took the lives of nearly 3,000 people, injured thousands more, caused billions of dollars in damages, and continues to have profound influence on that national conversation.

We’ll explore how that tragic day has shaped our nation and continues to impact the lives of survivors. Joining us will be former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Bob Graham with his perspective as a co-chairman of the Congressional inquiry into the attacks.  Graham championed the declassification of 28 pages from that inquiry, based largely on information gathered by the FBI and the CIA in the year following the attacks.  We’ll explore what those pages’ reveal about possible connections between the 9/11 hijackers and the Saudi Arabian government.

Guests:

Bob Graham, Former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator/ Founder of the Bob Graham Center for Public Service at the University of Florida

Mohamed Al-Darsani, Imam of the Islamic Center for Peace

Garret Lindgren, a retired New York City Firefighter now living in Manatee County.
