Rock for Equality

Friday, Nov. 3, Bury Me Brewing and HOWL Gallery/Tattoo in Fort Myers host the “Rock for Equality” event to benefit the Southwest Florida chapter of the advocacy group Showing Up for Racial Justice.

The event’s duel venues will feature performances by Southwest Florida bands including The Young Dead,  The Good Bad Kids, Cyborg Danger Field, Bargain Bin Heroes! and the debut of the new band Cobress.

The event will also include art vendors and the unveiling of a new specialty jasmine IPA craft brew from Bury Me Brewing.  Attendees are also encouraged to bring food donations to benefit the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida.  We’ll learn more about the event from performing musicians and organizers Frankie Colt of Cobress and Angela Page of The Young Dead.  We’ll also hear music from some of the participating bands.
