Through an ad, Florida’s Attorney General is wading into the debate about whether the U.S. Senate should confirm President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.

The 30-second ad called “Confirm” is by a SuperPAC with ties to President Trump called 45Committee.

It starts off with two Republican Attorneys General: Louisiana’s Jeff Landry and Montana’s Tim Fox—followed by Florida’s AG Pam Bondi.

Bondi also concludes the ad. She targets U.S. Senate Democrats who are against Kavanaugh’s nomination.

“The Senate needs to put gridlock aside and confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh,” Bondi states.

Kavanaugh—viewed as a conservative—would replace the seat left vacant by retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was often a swing vote in key decisions.
