Traditional Restaurants Explore Nontraditional Food Options as Demand for Vegetarian Dishes Increases

The covid 19 pandemic became a catalyst for many to look for ways to improve their health. For a growing number of Americans that search has resulted in them adopting a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. Now restaurants from corporations like KFC to Mom and Pop operations are offering options to meet the increased demand for diners looking for options.
