Florida's program of drug testing welfare recipients got a year end blow when the state supreme court ruled it unconstitutional. And MSNBC's Rachel Maddow is claiming that's also a blow to the Koch brothers - the conservative billionaire political activists.

Maddow is in a spitting match with the Koch brothers over her claim that Florida's drug testing law - and similar laws in effect or being promoted in other states-- is really funded by the Koch Brothers.
