"I Left My Heart in San Francisco" Song of the Day Tribute to Tony Bennett
Song of the Day is paying tribute to the musicians, singers and songwriters who died in 2023. Tony Bennett died July 21 in New York City. He openly shared his seven-year battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. He was 96. His signature song was "I Left My Heart in San Francisco."
