Lab Theater audiences won't see the end coming during Tracy Letts' searing satire, 'The Minutes'
Playwright Tracy Letts won a Pulitzer Prize and multiple Tony Awards for “August, Osage County.” His searing 2017 satire, “The Minutes” is just as good, although its Broadway run was cut short by the pandemic. The action takes place in the Big Cherry City Council, where the minutes of its last meeting have mysteriously gone missing and new Council member, Mr. Peel, is doggedly trying to find out how and why. Ryan Adair plays Peel.

DeSantis: 'Aggressive processing', more deportation flights coming to Everglades detention center; 100 detainees deported out of U.S. so far
Gov. Ron DeSantis said Friday that deportation flights by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security out of the Everglades detention center have begun with about 100 detainees transferred out of the country.Speaking at a media briefing at what has been dubbed Alligator Alcatraz Friday morning, DeSantis said the state is looking forward to increasing the removals.
