We preview the upcoming 'Forum on Four' that seeks to provide clarity on Amendment 4
Next month, Florida voters will decide whether to approve Amendment 4 to the state constitution. It is a response to SB 300, which was approved by Florida lawmakers last year. On Sunday, Oct. 27 the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Greater Naples is hosting a “Forum on Four” community conversation to provide clarity on Amendment 4, and details on SB 300. It will be moderated by a woman who grew up in the Right to Life Movement but now hosts a podcast called “Right to Life” in which she’s been seeking clarity for herself and her listeners about these extremely complicated issues. We talk with the forum's moderator and two of its panelists.

Naples Airport Authority survey shows strong community support, and for keeping it at current site
A new survey of registered voters in the City of Naples and Collier County shows broad community support for Naples Airport — and a similarly strong desire to keep the historic airfield at its current location. The community survey, conducted for the Naples Airport Authority by independent research and polling firm American Pulse, found that 82.9% of City of Naples residents viewed the airport as being important to the community, and 15.7% total of both City and County residents consider it not important. With a recent exploratory study identifying four potential sites for a possible relocation, the scientific poll found that 63.1% of Naples residents and 60.8% of others in Collier County prefer the Naples Airport to remain at its current location.
We meet Stacey L. Holman, Series Producer & Director of the new 4-part PBS series 'Gospel'
Gospel’s story begins with The Great Migration, when millions of African Americans from the rural Southern United States moved to urban areas in the North, Midwest, and West beginning in the early 20th century. But as this new style arrived on the scene, it wasn’t immediately accepted, because until this new fusion of music and message came along, most preachers and church leaders believed you didn’t SING gospel — you PREACHED it. We learn a bit about Gospel’s story from Stacey L. Holman, Series Producer and Director of the new 4-part series on PBS called Gospel.
