Insulting European Art Show Was A Hoax
The installation was supposedly conceived by artists from each of the European Union's 27 member states, but in fact it was created by a single prankster, David Cerny. Bulgaria was represented as a series of hole-in-the-floor toilets and Italy was represented as a soccer field with soccer players engaged in questionable public behavior.

Survey Shows Londoners Are A Crabby Bunch

But they were already the most stressed out bunch in the country, according to a new government survey on "life satisfaction." Government Data Shows Recession Deepening
The Commerce Department reports the economy had its worst showing in a quarter-century. U.S. gross domestic product dropped at a 3.8 percent annual rate in the last three months of 2008. The GDP report shows the grim toll of the housing, credit and financial crises.
