Chef Reuben Silva was the pitmaster cooking at Reuben’s Smokehouse when it was ranked fourth in the nation for its barbecue by TripAdvisor in 2015. He's since moved on to another career with the If I Can Dream Foundation, but his chef skills and pitmaster instincts remain.
