Herbology, acupuncture, and traditional Chinese medicine: those areas of expertise are now coming to Fort Myers with the new doctor of oriental medicine at Lee Physician Group.
Renee Sarra is a licensed acupuncture physician as well as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine joining the health group's Integrative Medicine Practice. She studied traditional Chinese Medicine in China and Sarasota. She'll talk about her studies, what kind of treatments are offered under the broad category of "oriental medicine," and how her skills in massage, acupuncture and traditional medicine from the east work alongside modern western medicine.
