Naples-based singer, songwriter and guitarist Elizabeth Lockhart performs live in studio ahead of the release of her first solo album, “Master Key.” Lockhart’s traditional folk compositions include elements of classical, world, pop and blues. Her soulful vocals, distinctive picking-style guitar playing and romantic writing style invite listeners on an intensely personal journey of love from loss and tragedy to ultimate redemption. The first single from the new album, “Lifer” dropped on March 1, and she will perform a special concert March 30 at Fit and Fuel Café in Naples to celebrate the release of her debut 12-track album. We’ll also explore Lockhart’s approach to writing new songs and her unique journey through music, which has taken her all over the globe and includes time performing as a professional opera singer.
