Edouard is no longer a hurricane, and as of Friday morning, the tropical storm shows its losing strength and moving slower over the Northern Atlantic. Edouard is forecast to continue weakening over the weekend. Off the west coast of Africa, a tropical wave identified as Invest 95L is gradully developing. The National Hurricane Center has given it a low chance of formation in the next 5 days. At the present moment, there is no tropical activity that poses an immediate threat to the State of Florida.
