Hurricane Matthew made landfall this morning at 7 am near Les Anglais in western Haiti as a Category 4 storm with winds up to 140 mph. There was a significant shift west in the projected path Matthew might take yesterday, and this morning National Hurricane Center Director Rick Knabb said a Florida landfall can not be ruled out.
