Mote Marine Laboratory's Board of Trustees approved a major leadership change within the Sarasota-based non-profit marine research organization. In May, Dr. Michael Crosby took over as President and CEO. WGCU's John Davis caught up with Crosby for a look at the direction he hopes to take the organization. Crosby says Southwest Florida can expect to see significant growth and expansion of research initiatives in the coming years as part of Mote's 2020 Vision and Strategic Plan.
