Fishkind Commentary: Billions Spent on Campaign but Not Much Benefit for Florida

Election Day is here and its economic breadth is tremendous. More 6 billion dollars has reportedly been spent during this year’s election cycle and much of that money was spent here in Florida.

Reports indicate the Orlando market received the second highest level of television ad spending the nation. WMFE’s Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind about the impact of all that money coming into the state.
