There has been a lot of buzz in the state of Florida about medical marijuana. A recent poll showed an overwhelming majority of all ages and political stripes would vote yes on a ballot initiative to make marijuana legal for medical use by a doctor's prescription.
But that ballot initiative has its critics, too. Among them is Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who had some strong warning about medical marijuana recently, saying this amendment would make it easy to get medical marijuana for minor aches and pains.
