The latest Quinnipiac University poll of key swing states shows Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton virtually tied with Republican Donald Trump in Florida.

The poll shows Clinton edging Trump 46-45 in Florida, a virtual tie considering the margin of error. The same poll shows Clinton with a five point lead in Ohio and a 10 point lead in Pennsylvania.

When pollsters added a third party to the mix, Clinton and Trump were tied at 43 percent in Florida. No presidential candidate has reached the White House since 1960 without winning two of the three states.

The poll shows both candidates with high negatives. Most Trump supporters said they were mainly voting anti-Clinton and many Clinton supporters said they were mainly voting anti-Trump.
