Flash Flood Watch Issued For Panhandle Through Wednesday Night

Flood Watches have now been extended further west, to include the entire Florida Panhandle through Wednesday evening. Periods of moderate to heavy rain will continue to move through this region until late Wednesday.

Rainfall amounts of three to six inches are projected, with locally higher amounts possible near the immediate coast.

This is in addition to the rain that has already fallen over the past three days. The Flood Watch along the Nature Coast and Florida’s Big Bend is set to expire Tuesday evening.
