Florida May Obey Primary Date Rules To Protect Bush, Rubio

After paying dearly in the last two elections for scheduling its presidential primaries too early, Florida may have learned its lesson. In Tallahassee on Monday, the House Rules committee approved a bill to set the 2016 primary on the perfectly legal date of March 15. But, there’s a reason for the newfound respect for rules.
