Florida C-Sections

Ernest F via Wikipedia Creative Commons

Why is Florida a c-section hotspot? We will take a look at what is driving Florida’s high c-section rate and what women and doctors are facing in delivery rooms.

We will also talk about a recent incident at a Port Charlotte hospital in which a woman got in a legal battle with hospital officials over whether she had to have a c-section on her third pregnancy after having had two c-sections prior.  Should a woman’s medical preferences when having a baby trump her doctor’s?
