It's been nearly a month since the Obamacare on-line marketplace was supposed to go on line. Since it's nearly impossible to shop for, much less buy, insurance on the exchange Florida US Senator Marco Rubio is among those calling on the government to delay the individual mandate.
He says it's not fair to penalize people for not having insurance if they can't buy it.
On Fox News recently, Rubio used the case of Florida Blue as an example of how folks are being treated unfairly under Obamacare.
