Florida’s hard-hit housing market is starting to find equilibrium. That’s according to economic analyst Hank Fishkind, who’s been crunching the numbers from a new Florida Association of Realtors report. Fishkind tells WMFE’s Nicole Creston that the state isn’t seeing double-digit leaps in home prices anymore, but the modest, steady increases reported in many areas of Florida are better for the economy in the long run.
