Florida's legislative session doesn't start for two months but already both republicans and democrats appear in agreement that voting laws need some changes.
Some legislators are trying to redeem Florida from its embarrassment this past election when Florida came in dead last on counting up its ballots. "We need to set it back to where it was before where it was bipartisan you know that we had an equal part in this and I think that this past election was a disaster for us," said Danish.
And Republican Senator Tom Lee says he's okay with more early voting days.
"We've expanded early voting and now it has become an entitlement there's no question about it, but that's not to say that I don't support increasing early voting," Lee said.
The senate is holding voting hearings starting on Monday.
